Stress and Meditation

There's no cure for our stress until and unless we control our negative emotions to bother us. Do you remember last you when you felt totally relaxed and stress-free? Actually, this is our habit to trouble our minds for trivial issues. Now let me share a few funny reasons for stress.

  1. We get stressed when our maid is on an informed leave.
  2. We said something to someone and now we are worried to think about what a person might be thinking about us.
  3. We get stressed by someone's criticism or harsh words.
  4. People don't like 'ME' is something that troubles us like anything.
  5. My boss takes more work from 'ME' in comparison to others.
  6. Others have much better lives than I have, it is a painful thought.

So, let me you that there's an unending list of reasons. The reason may be any however if we don't try to get rid of our stress, it will lead to immense emotional and physical problems in our lives.
Let me share a very simple meditation with you all.

  1. Lie flat on the floor or sit in a hard upright chair.
  2. Let your hands rest in your thighs.
  3. Now focus on your breaths.
  4. Breathe in through your nose and breathe out through your mouth.
  5. Close your eyes gently and smooth your frowns and wrinkles between your brows.
  6. keep smiling.
  7. Don't get troubled by the trail of thoughts that flash across your mind.
  8. Focus on your breaths.
  9. Keep sitting for at least minutes.
This is our duty to take care of our emotional well-being so whenever you feel that you are being swayed away by negative emotions, hold on for a second and meditate since this will give immense relief from your stress. So, take care and love your 'Self'.

Best Wishes!
